What is Supplier Document Verification？

The received copies of documents from the factory do not always correspond to reality. NSI Group specialists  will be able to check the data on the legal entity for compliance in the open registers of legal entities of the People’s Republic of China.

Why is this necessary?

It is necessary for the client to understand the real state of the Chinese partner, the client will learn the legal name of the company and the owner of the company (legal representative listed in the business license), specify the exact data in international contracts. If there is a conflict situation with the supplier, the client can imply legal sanctions to the Chinese partner, the client will be guaranteed that the contract is signed with the legal entity and not with a dummy company (scam company).

What we will check?

The real date of registration of the company, the address of the company, the name of whom the company is registered to (legal representative listed under company’s registration) and the authorized capital. NSI Group specialists will provide all the documents translated in English for client’s smooth transaction
