What is the inspection of the Initial Product?
Inspection of the initial product is a check of the goods at the stage of readiness of no more than 10% of the total batch ordered. The NSI Group specialists will arrange factory visits and makes a detailed report on the condition of the products at the production stage. At this stage, it is not always possible to check the condition of the goods in packaged form.
Why is this necessary?
The client will receive a quality report in the English language on the condition of the product at an early stage, this will give the client additional time to decide whether to continue production or make further adjustments. This is the stage wherein it is easier to solve product issue before the product reach 100% readiness.
What we will check?
The condition of the initial product, namely - color, size, material and its functionality on the basis of agreements with the product and approved specifications. We will specify the production time in accordance with the production plan. By paying attention to the incoming control of components and materials, final product quality control as well.

Depends on Factories or Suppliers location in Mainland of China.
