What is inspection during production?
Inspection during production is the checking and inspection of goods at the stage of readiness of 20-80% of the total batch of ordered products. The assigned inspector from our company goes to the factory and makes a detailed report on the condition of the goods during production. At this stage, it is already tangible how the main batch of goods will look. Moreover, this is the stage where quality control of the products transpires (rejection coefficient).
The client will receive a quality report in English language about the condition of the product directly during the production, before it is finally completed. In case of any defective products, the client will be given a price discount from the manufacturer and product adjustment will be done without affecting the agreed production time. This is the stage wherein it easier to discuss and resolve issues before the product reach 100% availability.
What we will check?
The condition of the products at the production stage, namely - color, size, materials, functionality, packaging on the basis of agreed terms and approved specifications. NSI Group specialists will provide a detailed report of the production on the basis of production workload and in accordance with the production plan of the enterprise. NSI Group specialists will inspect the packaging and labeling.
