What is factory auditing?
NSI Group specialists will conduct an independent audit of suppliers in China based on the results of which they will evaluate the product of the factory and provide you with a photo report with detailed information in the English language. Based on the received data of the manufacturer's audit, the client will be able to decide on further cooperation with the partner in China.
Why is this necessary?
Choosing a supplier in China is a difficult task and can be tedious, there are a lot of suppliers to remotely understand the state of the factory. A website or catalog is not a guarantee of a quality goods. It is better to see everything yourself, and even better to send our specialist who will give a competent assessment of the factory.
What we will check?
Supplier documents and Chinese legal entity.
Availability of a license, warehouse, product production and final product.
Quality control system.
NSI Group specialists has its own product checklist to ensure the management and product quality which the supplier has to pass before placing an order. NSI Group specialists value product quality and factory management to satisfy the client’s order and trust. Lastly, NSI Group specialists will provide own assessment of the responsiveness of the staff which is an essential factor to secure the quality of the product being produced.

NSI Group conduct audits and inspections in Mainland China.

English Speaking Inspector
English-speaking inspector, the cost is $300 per day + transportation costs. Our specialist will go to the factory for an audit or inspection from Guangzhou to any city in China.
Night/evening work
The standard working day of our employees is from 8:00 – 18:00 (UTC+8 ) Employee overtime +30 USD/hour
Work on holidays
Our Specialist can work on official public holidays in China. The cost of the service is +100 USD/day to the main tariff
Report on the day of inspection.
Submission of reports to the customer takes place the next day after the inspection. In case of urgent need, the report can be submitted on the day of the inspection. The cost of the service is +60 USD.
