What is Production Control?
Production control is the inspection of the goods produced at all stages of production. The company’s assigned inspector will audit and oversee the production process daily or once a week (at the customer's requirements) and provide a detailed report in English language. The client will be able to make adjustments and recommendations in the process of production of goods.
Why is this necessary?
Production control will give the client the opportunity to ensure that the manufacturer or supplier achieved the required quality of the products and optimum utilization of resources and quality management.
What we will check?
NSI Group specialists will control the incoming control of components, conduct a comprehensive analysis of all stages of production of goods and will make adjustments and give recommendations during production. The number of inspections will be determine by the client.
Where we check?
Depending on Factories or Suppliers location in Mainland of China.
